30 Minute Power Circuit

 Get your on the go workout with this great circuit training program in 30 min, There will be a new circuit each week guided by our professional instructor that will ensure your get the workout you want in a safe environment. 30 minute Power circuit combines functional integrated exercises in a dynamic and motivating group will get your heart rate up, make you sweat and push you to your personal best – all in a short 30 minute session. Nifty After 50

 Nifty after 50 will provide, a moderate intensity strength and conditioning circuit training class focused on balance, dexterity and core strength that can be adjusted to meet your specific needs

Stroller Stride and Strength

 Get your heart pumping and burn baby weight fast as you walk, run, jump, lift your way to a strong healthy you. Cardio and strength segments will be modified to suit all level of fitness. Older children must be able to stay in the stroller.

Fit Parent and Tot

 This program is perfect for moms, dads and caregivers who are looking for fun ways to be active with their children. Led by fitness professionals, preschoolers will be introduced to exercises and age-appropriate workouts under their parent’s supervision and guidance. So lace up those shoes, grab your water bottle and connect with your children through magical moments that are healthy, inspiring and FUN! Note: MAX of 2 children per adult.
